This Privacy Policy describes how we handles information in connection with your use of the Trading Sessions mobile application.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) like your name, email, or precise location.
Your app settings (chosen sessions, notification preferences) are saved only on your device. We never see them.
We use anonymous analytics (Firebase Analytics) to understand basic usage patterns (like which countries the app is popular in and what device types are used) to help us improve the app. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

Information We Collect

1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App requires storing some data directly on your device to function correctly. This information is managed by you and is never transmitted to us or any third party. This includes:

Session Preferences: The list of trading sessions you choose to display (e.g., Tokyo, London, New York).
Notification Settings: Your preferences for enabling or disabling notifications for each session.

2. Anonymous Analytics Information

To help us improve the App and fix bugs, we use Google's Firebase Analytics service to collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable information about how you use the App. This helps us understand general user trends. The information collected is aggregated and includes:

General Usage Metrics: Such as the number of active users, session duration, and features used within the App.
Device and OS Information: Such as the device model (e.g., "iPhone 15"), operating system version (e.g., "iOS 17"), and general geographic region (e.g., country). This data is not precise and cannot be used to determine your exact location.
Crash Reports: Anonymized reports that help us identify and fix bugs in the App.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

To Operate the App: The data stored on your device is used to remember your settings and provide the core functionality of the App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Your on-device settings are never shared. The anonymous, aggregated analytics data is processed by Google's Firebase platform for the purposes described above.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
